This place went from being trash to amazing. The owner turned it around real good. The staff is great. Nick at the bar is very helpful. FREE chips and salsa that is great.The drinks are massive and well made. Very well up sold as well with that $2 double or second same size. Lotsa screens for you to watch any sport while grubbin. They also play the sound of one of them which is a big thing for me.The food is great. The burrito and bowls are amazing. High quality ingredients. Dog friendly and great patio with fire pit and corn hole outside.I went from avoiding this place like the plague to going there multiple times on the same wkend.

A friend of ours told us about this place and has bugged us about when we were going to go here. We order it for pick up. Although it wasn't ready at the time frame they gave us, it's OK though, because it was understandable it was a Saturday night. And, it was one of the best thin crusted pizzas I have ever eaten! They were friendly.

I have been here twice in the last couple weeks with kip and it has been great. This place used to be called Wang's tavern. It has a new menu with Mexican food. You now get complimentary chips and salsa. I do not recommend that for the nachos. The nachos are HUGE! They are good too. They still have their tater tots too. Great bar snacks and drinks are awesome for happy hour. I like the patio with fire pit. Great TV's surrounding the place too.

$10 tacos lunch deal on Thursday. Good food with plenty of flavor and not over the top. Looks like a fun place to hang with friends. Patio games and TVs.

Very fun place to watch the game and have a few beers. The staff was ok, only because even though the staff was friendly, the service was very inconsistent. I would give them another try because we really had a good time, and hopefully next time things will be different.

Randomly decided to get a drink here, and it was a great choice. Did not get any food because I just had dinner, but enjoyed drinks. Good selection of beverages and good service. Huge TV screens and were playing all the important games that were on that night. This portion of west LA / Santa Monica Blvd needs a lot of reviving and growth and I feel like the Nickel mine will only help this situation. Thanks for being on Santa Monica Blvd on the west side of the 405.

First, Scott. Hes amazing! This is not an over exaggeration. He really is an amazing bartender. He makes custom cocktails and has such passion for it. The menu is full of interesting things but Scott can and will kick it up a notch if you ask. Hes soft spoken and has some great stories to tell. I loved the atmosphere of this place. Nina Simone playing, soft lighting and Scott. I dont need anything else! To say I'll be back is definitely an understatement. I love this place

Top notch sports bar. Super fun. Coolio bartenders and good food. Gets busy on big game nights so you can yell at the tv with other peeps.

Went for happy hour on a Tuesday at 5pm. It was dark, about 6 people in the bar and I thought it was going to be a one drink stop. But the music was great, the cocktails were tip top and we chatted up a local Silver Lake guy who had some great stories. 6 rounds later, the place was bustling and we wrapped up so we could grab dinner. I'd definitely go back to this dive bar.

Great taco tuesday deals . The wait time can be long if you get there at the wrong time. There's usually only one bartender and a food runner . The tacos are great and so are the drinks. I really love the outdoor seating

Great service here. They have a very vast selection of beers. The service here is great because all the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm looking forward to returning for the exceptional service. Our bartender was Elliot. He knew what he was doing and made our exprience an unforgettable one.

Food was very tasty. I didn't drink, but my friends said the drinks were very good. Plus a biiiiig cup for margaritas at $10, can't go wrong with that.

Chalking up a lot of this to the new concept change, but my first experience was mixed. I was on the patio and wasn't given a menu so I resorted to ordering off the online menu. I ordered the breakfast tacos and asked what avocado Verde was and was told it was basically guacamole. He obviously didn't know the menu and either the menu online is incorrect or the cooks don't know the menu either.

Great Sunday afternoon delight! We ride the Metrolink, got off walked a block and boom! We entered the wonderful Big Wangs!We were greeted instantly, we chose to sit outside on the patio, view and fireplace were very nice!Long island iced tea, chicken wings, pot stickers and chicken nachos we so amazingggg! Highly recommended!

I was looking for a good restaurants in this area on Teddy's guide because I was staying in this area for a couple of days and I found this location. They have great food and drinks and the staff are trying their best to make you home. Amazing service. I recommend this place.

Good sports bar with good food. Watch out for those umbrella shades on the patio during windy days. They came crashing down on the customers sitting outside

Great spot for an appetite of any size. The service here is above par. The prices are good for what you get. Feels like a cafe in Phoenix that I enjoyed visiting.

Favorite spot to hang out with friends. It's walking distance from Glendale galleria. The place is reminds me of east coast pubs . It's spacious and has good ambiance. Vast drink selection with great bartenders. Will definitely be visiting this place again ..

Such a fun bar! Great music, great food, tasty drinks, fun games. The staff is SUPER nice. I loved the one in North Hollywood (I’m from the valley) and I just tried this new location since I’ve moved downtown and I loved it. The tacos and margaritas are yummy. Great specials.

Food is plain, service is meh, and beers aren't cheap.This place should have better wings with a name like Big Wangs, but the wings are just a big D.... Dissappointment.You'll probably only end up here because of a game or fight.Definitely not worth coming back to for food or beers for the money.

Very cool place with multiple TV's and good service. Not a huge fan of having to go to the bar and order everytime but still a good place with great drink specials.

Service is always nice even when they have a full house. Next time I'll be back with my coworkers. Similar to a place in Denver I loved.
